Dr. Oyebisi Taiwo Adebambo (DRFCIHRSM)
Executive Leader in Public Sector Governance, Institutional Reform & Strategy

Dr. Oyebisi Taiwo Adebambo is an executive leader and institutional strategist with over 20 years of experience driving public sector governance reform, organisational transformation, and sustainable growth across Africa. She is recognised for building institutions, leading complex reform initiatives, and translating policy and strategy into operational systems that deliver measurable impact.
As Chief Operations Officer at the Centre for Public Sector Governance (CPSG), she provides executive leadership for governance programmes across Africa, leads flagship knowledge products, and convenes senior public officials globally through platforms such as the Global Public Sector Directors’ Symposium. Her leadership has significantly expanded CPSG’s visibility, partnerships, and policy influence.
Through Comperio Consult, Oyebisi advises organisations on business strategy, institutional development, and execution excellence. She developed the D2D (Dream to Delivery) Framework and pioneered ClustHer, an innovative shared staffing model enabling startups and SMEs to access skilled professionals flexibly.
Previously, she played a key role in repositioning the National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA), contributing to its Federal Government Gazette recognition and designing the internationally recognised Certified Chartered Credit Administrator (CCCA) programme. As Provost of WECCOHTECH, she led curriculum reform, digital transformation, and international partnerships, strengthening graduate employability and institutional sustainability.
Oyebisi serves on multiple boards, including ADDVANCE Network and SOO-DAWI, and is a Board Member of the Doctorate Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources and Strategic Management. She is an active member of the Forbes Community (ForbesBLK and Forbes Women), WIMBIZ ,Society for Corporate Governce, and the American Management Association.
Adeyinka Taiwo
Adeyinka Taiwo is a highly skilled IT infrastructure specialist with over 14 years of experience managing one of the largest data centers in Nigeria and Africa. He is a dynamic professional with expertise in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-native enterprise infrastructure, and is a cloud enthusiast with a deep proficiency in mission-critical environments. With a focus on data centers, infrastructure automation, Unix/Linux operating systems, and cloud platforms, Adeyinka has successfully led and contributed to the implementation of several key projects, including:
